film overview

The Red Hand symbolizes the ongoing crisis of missing and murdered Indigenous women in the North America, particularly among Native American communities. The red handprint is often seen printed across the mouth of those advocating for this movement, representing the silenced voices of these women who have been victims of violence, kidnapping, or murder, often without proper investigation or justice.
