Faded Light follows ERNEST HEMINGWAY(late 50s), an aging, tormented writer struggling with writer’s block and haunted by his abusive childhood. As he confronts his inner demons, he realizes that his grandfather, father, and aunt all succumbed to their own struggles, while his mother died before he could resolve their complicated past. Delving into Ernest’s quest for solace and redemption in his final moments, juxtaposing his internal battles with his perceived failures.Â
