Henry K. Williams Anaya, let’s start with some questions.

01. What inspired you to become a film director?

Answer: Growing up, I was always fascinated by the way stories came to life on the big screen. Films like “The Godfather” and “Star Wars” sparked my imagination and made me want to create worlds of my own.

03. What is your approach to working with actors?

Answer: I believe in creating a collaborative environment where actors feel safe to explore their characters. I encourage open communication and rehearsal time to develop a deep understanding of their roles.

04. Can you describe your process from pre-production to post-production?

Answer: Pre-production is all about planning—storyboarding, casting, and location scouting. During production, I focus on capturing the vision we’ve set. Post-production is where it all comes together, working closely with editors, sound designers, and colorists to polish the final product.

05. What do you consider the most challenging aspect of directing?

Answer: Balancing the creative vision with practical constraints like budget and time can be quite challenging. It’s a constant juggle to ensure the story is told effectively while staying within limits.
