film overview

In the 16th century, Timaios, a Greek explorer-cartographer, arrives with a crew on an unknown island. The clan is guided by Lucio, who, like several other members of the clan, has the power to manipulate fire. While visiting the island, Timaios meets a strange woman, Eione. Lucio announced to him the death of one of his clan’s hunters. Timaios embarks on an investigation that leads him to an ancient temple on the ocean’s edge. He discovers that Eione is the queen of the mermaids. They started to have feelings for each other. A new attack by the mermaid Thexiope ignites the flames. An open conflict between the men and the mermaids begins. With no conceivable victory over the fish-women, Lucio begins negotiations. Thexiope requires the life of the young Osman. With a heavy heart, Lucio gives in and sacrifices the young man to the mermaids.

Performing artist, I was trained in acting at Roller Comédie by Guillaume Bouchède (Molière 2024: "My name is Asher Lev", "Ulysses", "The Star Merchants"...) and Sylvia Roux (Studio Hébertot: "The Marraine Amoureuse", "The World According to Albert Einstein") for four years. At the same time, after two years of piano, I followed a musical training at the conservatory of the 18th arrondissement (music theory, singing and harp). Following a course with flexible schedules at college, I completed my training in performing arts with: years of synchronized swimming, classical dance, contemporary dance and modern jazz (notably at the Centre de Danse du Marais and the R.I.D.C). Having graduated with a literary baccalaureate with a major in theater, I broadened my cultural knowledge through higher education in Cinema-Audiovisual at the Sorbonne - Paris, then at EICAR - Saint-Denis.
